It feels like every year I write this I can’t believe golf is right around the corner! Once again our Alumni weekend is fast approaching and the 33rd annual the Sigma Chi Golf Classic will be here before you know it.
This year, Alpha Chi’s from around the country will converge on Happy Valley the weekend of June 9-11. Online registration is now open! Please click the link below to register for the Sigma Chi Golf Classic.
For lodging, please note that due to the Days Inn Closing and other large-scale local activities, we are seeing much higher rates in the downtown area. However, rates outside the downtown area are still reasonable and Uber thrives in State College.

The forecast for the weekend looks glorious…blue skies and a golden sun…old gold to be precise. Come join us for a weekend you will never forget. Numbers rebounded nicely last year after two down years from covid. We are seeing more younger brothers coming out and it was awesome to see the bonds of brotherhood between generations last year!
You don’t want to miss this! Register early and get on your pledge brothers to make the trek. Let’s get back to pre-covid levels and get 125 brothers and friends to show off the depth of our Sigma Chi connections.
Lastly, the annual alumni meeting will be held on Sunday the 12th with details to follow.
